Google Bad Review: So far I'm not impressed at all with this company. They do not reply to my emails. Carers are not professional at all, they do not speak to their client nor do they do a very good job at washing the client either. Carer is constantly off sick or for some other reason and don't even inform you that they aren't able to attend that day and no replacement is sent so my mother has to do without washing for days. Very poor service.
