Google Bad Review 1: Terrible management, let themselves in the house whenever they want, rudest people I have ever met. They never fix anything quickly, they wait until boiling water is bursting from radiators, or they wait until the shower leaks through the ceiling into lights. No one should rent with these people, they charge through the roof for the worst service I've ever had and I've been renting for 7 years. Ilva and her husband Alex are the rudest and laziest people to have ever lived. They write their own testimonials and pretend to be ‘nice' people – do not trust them, they will rip you off and make your life hell.
I love how the review, the first and only review sparked off 5 more ‘wonderful' reviews – just wait, they'll screw you over eventually. The comment Ilva left here is so fake it's ridiculous!

Google Bad Review (2): Awful service. Lots promised and nothing delivered.
As the property owner we were promised regular checks, inspections, managing of maintenance, repairs, regular cleaning, etc. None of theses things happened and the first time we realised there was a problem was when Prime Property Care called to say they would be dropping the rent they would pay us. We couldn't understand why until we visited our house. Nothing had been done to upkeep the property in over 2 years. Overgrown garden, rubbish everywhere and the kitchen and bathrooms were in such a bad state we had the spend over £20,000 to return the property to a living condition. The whole process was so upsetting as it had been our family home that we sold the property.
