Google Bad Review (2): My Mum purchased some items a while ago. The candle arrived smashed. I provided evidence of so. They told me they would send a new one out. Apparently this is twice now and still not received. Months later they ignore my emails and have never provided proof of tracking which they said they would. Will I ever get the product my mum payed for? I doubt it so far with the way we have been treated. Don't recommend.
