Google Bad Review 1: I don’t know how can be described as affordable as a guy from this company came fast and all happy just to tell me that he cannot unlock my door but still tried with a piece of paper and unlocked immediately as my lock is so bad and charged 70£ for few seconds job with the guy of phone telling me that cost 44£ and for a normal lock change he wanted me to pay 230£ .all i can tell don’t lock yourself out and do not use them if you don’t want to be charged this prices.

Google Bad Review (2): DON'T USE THIS COMPANY – When I called I was told I would pay £50 + VAT for labour and the price of the locks (starting at £30 per lock). I needed 3 locks to be changed on 3 doors. The locksmith turned up and tried to charge me over £400 per lock because they were “the best” and apparently the second best were £350. In the end I paid £100 for the cheapest option and an extra £50 for a call out fee which wasn't disclosed on the phone bringing the total up to approx £230 (incl VAT). They also didn't leave the packaging for the lock which was fitted nor did they write it on the invoice so no idea what lock has been fitted! Could be worth a tenner! They take advantage of desperate people!
