Google Bad Review: Our experience with Premier Inspection was horrible! The inspector left bath water running and flooded the master bath and bedroom in the home we were trying to purchase. We lost negotiating power with the seller and the home was permanently damaged. There are large stains on the carpet in the master bedroom because of this and after the “repair” to the basement ceiling and floor the carpet wasn't even stapled down. The owner Mark, originally offered us a refund and later revoked that offer and instead made a deal with the seller to install a radon mitigation system and the installers left a giant hole in our basement floor. Since purchasing the home, we have found NUMEROUS problems that should have been caught by the inspector including an improperly installed AC unit that had to be replaced and multiple plumbing problems. I really wish they would have just given me a refund so I could have had a more trustworthy and professional company come back and do an inspection on my home. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The one PRO I would say about this company is that they were able to perform the inspection in a timely manner. Lesson learned though…there was probably a reason they were available so quickly.
