Google Bad Review: (Translated by Google) Idle staff and no (clean) towels
1. When I arrived in the middle of the night, I was told that I had to pay the hotel again on the spot, even though the hotel had already debited all the money the day before. Had to spend 1.5 hours arguing with the not very competent reception staff, one of whom didn't even speak proper English. I was accused several times that the hotel had not yet been paid for. Only after several hours and numerous phone calls to a manager was I allowed into my room in the middle of the night.
2. A small hand towel and a bath towel were provided for a room with two people. I asked for fresh towels several times over the next few days, but didn't get any for the whole stay. Had to appeal to the cleaning staff themselves to even get fresh towels. These weren't even clean! There was hair and reddish spots in it.

Untätiges Personal und keine (sauberen) Handtücher
1. Bei Ankunft mitten in der Nacht wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich das Hotel vor Ort nochmal bezahlen müsse, obwohl das Hotel einen Tag vorher bereits das gesamte Geld abgebucht hatte. Musste 1,5 Stunden mit dem nicht sehr fähigen Personal an der Rezeption diskutieren, wovon einer nicht mal richtig englisch sprach. Mehrfach wurde mir unterstellt, dass das Hotel noch nicht bezahlt wurde. Erst nach mehreren Stunden und zahlreichen Telefonaten mit einer Managerin wurde ich mitten in der Nacht in mein Zimmer gelassen.
2. Für ein Zimmer mit zwei Personen wurden ein kleines Handtuch und ein Duschhandtuch bereitgelegt. Habe in den nächsten Tagen mehrfach nach frischen Handtüchern verlangt, allerdings den ganzen Aufenthalt über keine gebracht bekommen. Musste das Reinigungspersonal selbst ansprechen, um überhaupt frische Handtücher zu erhalten. Diese waren dann nicht einmal sauber! Es waren Haare und rötliche Flecken drin.
