Arrivo il 1 gennaio 3ore con 3 bambine piccole per fare il check–in perché il receptionist non vedeva il pagamento della camera quando in realtà era stato effettuato. Lo sconsiglio solo per l incompetenza del receptionist. Colazione ottima camere confortevoli.

Google Bad Review (2): This is the worst hotel ever! After a long shift (16h)arrive at 6am and the guy at the reception don’t give me my room because it’s too late. His name is Syl and even if the room is payed he don’t give it to me! Now after a long shift I can’t take a shower can’t have a breakfast. What is this inflexibility????
This is outrageous to not giving what has been payed!
