Google Bad Review: We are writing to you to express our frustration and deep dissatisfaction with your services and dispute the invoice you have issued to us.

Initially, we requested Power Flush Cleaner to clean our pipes/radiators of the heating system in the house.

Power Flush cleaner’s engineer provided the some sort of cleaning service and invoiced us as soon as he completed the job. However, on the next day, the heating system was still not working and the pipes were still full of dirt.

In addition, we are not sure if the engineer was actually performing the cleaning process correctly. You have a video instruction on the company web site of how engineers clean pipes. The engineer that visited my house was doing it in completely different way. When we mentioned that to him, the engineer assured himself as well-known of our case and that he is very professional in this instance.

We have requested back the Power Flush Cleaners to complete the job that has been already invoiced.

In the meantime, while awaiting a response from Power Flush Cleaners, we have obtained the second opinion from other certified cleaning companies and were advised to take off all radiators and clean them separately, because my house heating system is very complicated.

We have contacted back with the Power Flush Cleaners and explained them this. The Power Flush Cleaners confirmed that our situation is very complicated and their cleaners will not be able to help in this instance.

We do not understand why Power Flush cleaners did not inform us at first instance that they are unable to help us. Additionally we do not understand why the company provided irrelevant service knowing that it will not help and invoiced us for this.

After all, I requested Power Flush Cleaners to complete the work requested initially. However, Power flush cleaners refused to fix the wrong doing and advised to engage with the other company instead.

We would like to inform you that we have followed your advice given on the phone to engage with other company. Therefore we no longer require your services.

Based on the above, we are disputing the invoice you have issued to us. Moreover, we are expecting Power Flush Cleaner to reimburse the cost incurred in relation to the service provided by the other company to fix your wrong doing.
We are looking forward to your response on this regards.
