Google Bad Review 1: Contacted numerous times over 2 weeks. Continually told they would contact us back, but we were never called back. Finally got through and told they didn't have capacity by a very rude woman with an awful attitude, who talked over me, and just kept saying she had already sent a voicemail before I called, which I didn't receive (she had actually sent it to my sister, just a short time earlier). Complete time wasters and unprofessional, and communication by the woman I spoke to was appalling. When I confronted her about our bad treatment, and incompetent communication, she had no response and offered no apology. However, the receptionists were polite, and tried to be helpful.

Google Bad Review (2): These are the worst solicitors you could ever get especially when you need to get your child home they allow your child to be taken because they don't care are they allowed laws to be broken especially human rights they are clearly involved in social services ie government this is actually what they do they take our children and they don't give them back poor parents and disabled people have no chance whatsoever do not ever work with Dexter Bonner he is useless NO CHANCE
