Google Bad Review: Contacted Barry to repair a leak coming from my roof, i work fulltime as an NHS worker and find it difficult to take time out of work, so when the roof was leaking, i was very desperate. He came and ‘identified' a leak and charged me £800 to repair it and even provided me with a guarantee. The moment it rained, the exact same leak continued to let water through. He came back to my property and had another look and decided to charge me more money saying that it'll take more work to fix the leak – This main is a con artist, who seems to overcharge and take advantage of consumers. His ‘manager', whom i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, out right lied to me about the situation and essentially heckled me through the phone. I will be escalating this to court, as i was missold a service, scammed out of my money and my roof is still leaking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
