Google Bad Review 1: I'm honestly traumatised and was in so much tears after leaving that place. This was the first time I did my eyebrows there and I repeated myself to the lady many times on how I prefer to do my eyebrows. I told her many times only take a tiny bit of as I like them to look more natural and big. I told her I do not want them skinny . She assured me she knows what she's doing. She begins to start thread and I can feel her take a few hairs off and that's when I told her to stop and that I wanted to see how they looked so far to ensure she doesn't take too much off it felt like she forced my head down and said you will only see at the end let me finish and I froze. In such speed she was threading and she finished I instantly looked at the mirror and said this is too skinny I was so upset I had to hold my tears in she made them so skinny, trimmed them so much and created a werid and unusual and uneven shape . I left the store in tears and now it's going to take so long for them to grow back. If you don't mind really skinny eyebrows then this is your place. I will never return there for my eyebrows again. Even telling her my eyebrows are important to me she still did not listen. Very rushed , traumatic outcome I've never felt so insecure after that ever. I did a hydro facial that same day before that and my skin is now full of bruises, scars and acne which I've never had before. The process was unhygienic, the products used were so irritating it did not feel like a proper hydrofacial. The lady rubbed my hair touched so much stuff and used the same hands to apply product to my face without cleaning her hands in between. They make you wear this gown that definitely has not been washed while doing the facial. The technique of handling the device on the skin was not proper which is why my skin is now full of scars and acne. The products used were very bad. If you're looking to get a hydra facial spend your money in a professional environment where they actually know what they're doing . I hardly write reviews but I really had to share my experience if there was an option I would give no stars. I now have to deal with the consequences. 0/0. Will not be visiting again
