Google Bad Review: Typical scammy lettings agent, trying to deduct things from the deposit when the place is in a well used condition. For example “scratches on kitchen work surface”, when there are chunks taken out of the edges when we moved in. In fact there were chunks taken out of just about everything, nothing that made it unusable which is why we weren't concerned during our tenancy. You can't quibble about a small scuff when next to it there is a bloody great hole! Things like this also make proper cleaning impossible, ever tried cleaning a bit of wood with splintery holes in it? Yet cleaning repeatedly mentioned in check out of things that you can expect us to clean as they are porous and organic! Also scammed us on the check in/check out inventory charges, they claimed they paid for check in when actually was the previous tenant, (this was in past before new laws against this).
