Google Bad Review: Having written a positive review when I moved in, as I almost felt pressured to do so, I have since deleted it as I no longer stand by it. I gave 5 stars, but would now give 0 if I could.
Avoid this estate agents if you can, leaving the flat was potentially the most infuriating experience I have ever had. Both estate agent and landlords trying to say our tenancy hadn't ended because the new tenants weren't ready to move in, and demanding more rent off us because of this – despite us all signing an agreement stating it ended on a specific date. While I appreciate the situation of our leaving was unusual, 2 tenants leaving and one staying and adding two new names to the agreement, it was dragged out for MONTHS and we still had £300 of our deposits taken from us for no valid reason. Demanding a professional clean as “the property had one when you moved in” despite the flat looking horrendous when we moved in, and trying to charge for damage that was there when we moved in.
Avoid at all costs, the tenancy ending process is painful – I get that it was also the landlords, but that's a separate email. Genuinely a laughable experience – i have never experienced unprofessionalism quite like this
