Google Bad Review 1: The people are work in there really lovely I cannot say otherwise but my lashes wasn’t as good as I expected.I decided to try Polly eyelashes because my boss gave me 50£ coupon as a gift from them. I showed a pic how I want she couldn’t do it. My lashes looking like I have just put a mascara on it but nothing else. I have small eyes so I wanted the end longer than middle and beginning but it was all small and my eyes are even looking more smaller. They offered me a fix for next day and went to the place take a off from the job but a minute before my appointment they called me and told me i have to wait at least half an hour to an hour because they had a miss understandings with each other and who supposed to do my eyelashes in the break. If they call me an half an hour before it wouldn’t be an issue but a minute ago calling is not nice. They offer me to come back later and give a discount with my next appointment was really nice but late I felt myself they’re playing with me like a child. I spent 125£ for an eyelashes ( with a 50£coupon my boss gave me ) and couldn’t get what I want and I need to spend another 50£to go my usual place and fix it because I would rather to have a piece of mind than getting free things I learn it hard way now , all the stress I had to go through I don’t even count it. I believe people love it but for me it was not the best experience and will never change my usual place.
