Google Bad Review 1: They sent a plumber for an emergency leak….. plumber turns up says he will get new parts…..no response. Toilet still not working. Considering i turned the water off myself… they said the claim is valid because the plumber said he stopped the water to stop the leak……..ok….like i said….i turned off the water myself!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Appaling. Terrible company.
41 days and waiting for a decision if damaged car can be repaired. Poor customer service. I have to call regularly to get updates thats if I can get through. Calls cut off suddenly when on queuing system.
One operator accused me of lying when I mentioned I didn't received a call from Policy Expert.
I've paid for courtesy car cover but now that my car is damaged, they won't offer courtesy car, as their selected garage cannot provide. Costing me a fortune to rent privately for commuting.
Was informed that all call handlers finish at 5pm even their website states open to 7pm. Just all round poor service. Really stuck and in despair with them. Everyone else should avoid the same fate.
