Google Bad Review 1: I just cant believe how disgraceful this management company is. Over the last 9 months of managing leybourne lakes estate they have allowed it to fall into such an unkept state. Terrible management of the gardening contractors . They fail to reply to residents complaints and but continue to charge fees for the unprofessional service they are providing. I'm glad to see they have lost the contract 9 months to late if you ask me.
Addition to there reply. Clearly they dont know there residents as i am in fact a resident on the leybourne lakes estate.

Google Bad Review (2): PMUK took over the management of our block of flats, Spectrum Tower, in April 2019. It has been over 2 years but we have not been provided with any service charge accounts, which show our reserve funds, income and balance sheet. I have emailed to ask Justin multiple times but did not get any respond. Why is it so difficult to provide evidence of our reserve fund or they have something to hide? I do not want to have to raise our concerns in a public place like this but I am at my wits end and hope someone high up in the company sees this message and gets back to me with explanation.
