Google Bad Review 1: I had an extension built by PlusRooms over 10 years ago. As the other reviews can attest, the actual building work seems to go well. However I've had subsequent problems that are still ongoing, and the company is really unwilling to discuss or try to help resolve. Ultimately, I've ended up paying to have significant parts redone. The issue was traced to faulty works on the original drains in the extension that let rats get into the cavity walls and destroy the electrics and insulation.
Definitely take note that the long term outlook isn't as rosy as the reviews of the initial work make out. You need to be very aware of who your contract is with, and who will be liable for anything that goes wrong (is it PlusRooms, or the subcontractor that they used?).
