Google Bad Review 1: I had reached out to Plumr for a quote and organised for an estimator to visit on a Monday 9-10. I was told by email around 10 that the estimator was not available for a reason unbeknown to me which was frustrating (a sorry would have been nice) but so be it, sometimes there are problems and I then rescheduled for the Friday morning. However, come Friday, no-one turned up and no-one made any contact with me. I emailed at the end of the day to ask if there were any problems which has been ignored for a week. Total waste of time!

Google Bad Review (2): Used Plumr for several jobs mainly dealing with Connie and while the plumbers themselves were always excellent, unfortunately communications simply dropped off completely. Connie wouldn't respond to messages or emails and I simply couldn't book them for the work. Such a shame as the work was good but I had to find another firm of plumbers.
