Google Bad Review (2): I don't normally leave reviews but after what happened today i felt the need to. The pizza klub and the grill klub are the same company. I have been a regular customer of the grill klub for a while now. But today, the mild peri peri wings is way too spicy to the point it numbs and burns the mouth and the tummy hurts. I am asian and i can take my spices pretty well but my flatmates and boyfriend can handle average spice tolerance. Fihad who claims to be the owner is saying the mild wings are very mild and it is the same as always despite me being a regular customer ordering it multiple times. There was no reason for me to lie about the spice level at all. But the owner refused to admit his fault about the supposedly mild spice level. I am now stuck with an order of 40 wings, with 3 flatmates and my boyfriend who all agreed this is not mild, or even average spice level. This is not edible. I requested to change my order but was rudely refused. JustEat investigated and gave us a full refund. We will never order from them again because the owner said it is ok to lose a regular customer. Horrible food and an even worse customer service. Save yourself the hassle as i wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone.
