Google Bad Review 1: Placed an order on the 27th March, still not received and numerous emails sent via online website portal and direct and still no response.
Phone number takes you through to the London store and NOT customer service and they are of no help what so ever as they say they cannot access records.
£40 order placed and I advise all others to stay clear of using the company website. Now contacting Consumer Direct to start a case against Pixi and I advise all others in this situation to do the same.
Make sure to take screenshots of order status/Royal Mail status as evidence for your case.
