Google Bad Review: Despite being identified as a high risk patient it has been very disappointing on the service, email response or care from the Pitshanger Family Practice about my vaccine. I started my email request 7 weeks ago and I am now on my 4th Email without any reply. I have now asked for the surgery's complaints procedure.
