Google Bad Review 1: Terrible customer service. Followed up several times but no response, except for one call where the customer service manager couldn’t book a survey on the call as their systems were down. Wanted to call me back but never did. Lost 2 weeks because of them. Stay away.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed with Pickfords given their ‘name' in the industry. Their estimate for our overseas shipping was a little over our allowance. It was closer to half of it – this resulted in us putting more into storage in the UK that they duly charged £1000 per year for. They also asked us to value our shipping over a month after it had been packed. Box by box when we didn't pack the boxes…! We have been offered a £100 discount as an apology. They've made £1900 extra from our custom because of their bad service. Go figure.
