Google Bad Review 1: The postive – I got my phone fixed within the day and it does seem to be working well
The Negative – really poor customer service, lied about price and it felt like they were trying to take of advantage of customers.
However; I might be an outlier.
I left the shop with agreed price to fix the particular issue this morning however upon returning not only had the price changed and increased he now said they could only accept cash ( ironically he was holding the card machine in his hand after just using it with a different customer) . He also said he mentioned this originally which was clearly not the case because my partner nor I heard. However it was the way this was communicated to us that was the real issue. I do believe we would have been acomodating about cash payment however he was rude about it.
Learn from experience and if you do decide to use them make sure to clarify prices in writing etc. I won't be using them again

Google Bad Review (2): maybe good for the average user but not for a business user, took them 15 phones for screen replacement, their idea of testing new screens consists of starting the phone till the apple logo is seen, screens require full powering on and testing of the touch capabilities, left screws missing, touch ID broken on every handset as they didnt keep original home buttons, very basic mistakes, unprofessional outfit that scrapes by on unsuspecting customers that dont know what a good repair looks like.
