Google Bad Review 1: What a let down.
Booked them for exploratory works and paid the deposit in advance as requested.
Waited for the appointed hour and time and nobody shows up.
I ring up asking for an update to be told that is it OK if they reschedule…
Not even the courtesy of a phone call. No apology. No customer service.
Then I have to wait 72 hours for the refund to hit my account.
Shockingly bad service.

Google Bad Review (2): My experience has not been great. The original fix to my toilet flush mechanism failed the following morning. I called PH247 and was told they would get back to me. They did not. I called them back after a day and was told I would have to wait a further two days for someone to come out and do the repair. The plumber came out again and again the repair failed a few days later.
I again called them out to get a replacement done and was told that they would call me back. They haven't.
