Google Bad Review 1: Not very happy at all with the people at pets in the city
I was quoted £45 to wash my dog on the phone and was the price i paid last time I used them for each of my dog's
When I went to pick up my dog today, when it came to paying i was told it was £80
When I told the lady I think she was the owner, that I was told the price on the phone was 45 and that was what I had paid in the past
She started screaming at me and started insulting me and being very nasty
I told her to contact the person that talked to me on the phone and the gentleman I had seen in the past but the insults carried on
When all she had to do was call and ask
I travelled a long way to take my dog there
When i have places around me that would have done it for £70
And i was also told it took 3 hrs to wash my dog
My appointment was at 3pm and picked up my dog at 5pm how that adds up to 3 hrs not sure
I think they are not very good at mathematics as I'm sure that my dog was thrre for 2 hrs
I was going to take my other dog down next week
But not any more
I will never use them again and I have never been talked to in that way by anyone

Although my dog
was groomed well
The issue was being told my dog had a very bad ear infection and wouldn't be seen again,
until seen by the vets.
After worrying
& feeling bad
For nothing !
The vets told me there is NO INFECTION at all
Her ears were only inflamed
by her sensitive skin allergie
which I was aware of
& she was receiving medication for
After leaving the shop
With my dog & toddler my knee went
& me & my child was on floor in the road
I couldn't get up luckily a man got out of his car
& a darling old lady waited with us
While I watch the lady & assistant from the groomers look over and get in her car and drive off â¹ï¸?
