Google Bad Review: Incredibly disappointed in the “service” provided. For reasons beyond my understanding, and in contrast of my previous surgery which I would've remained with if I hadn't moved house and had to join this one which covers my new area, you cannot make future appointments with this surgery. You are forced to call at 8am in the morning – when lines are already busy – and keep calling dozens of times before eventually getting through to find all appointments for that day are booked up and informed you'll have to call again tomorrow. All very well for those with nothing better to do, however as a shift worker this is a huge inconvenience. I then arranged a telephone consultation due to never getting an appointment after a week of attempts. I didn't realise call-backs are from withheld numbers which my phone blocks due to PPI calls/an accident I've never been involved in etc. A 10-second voicemail was left saying they're too busy to call again. I called back within minutes saying I disabled the call-blocker, and had been waiting by the phone all day. Did I get a call back? Hell no. I was told it was already shown as “complete”. Absolute joke. Not even a second attempt at getting through or perhaps calling from a non withheld number. Pure laziness. If they're this busy, perhaps they should stop taking on new patients until they're able to provide the existing patients a half decent service! Complete opposite of my previous practice. As the saying goes, you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone.
