Google Bad Review 1: Worst experience ever. This is once in a lifetime experience and It was ruined due to including incompetent photographer that should be professional to take my my graduation pictures.
Imagine and paying a 100 Pound and other cost such as taxi, makeup, hairstyles, dress, etc. all of it has no memory because the person wasn’t qualified to do it.
I wonder if there is criteria for someone to be competent by the website or I could just show up randomly in people important event and take couple of pictures then ask for a 100 pound.
This is one in a life time experience which can be ruined so I don’t recommend risking it and ask a friend or a cousin to take care of this matter because there goal would be to take a good pictures not collect the 100 pound for one hour then run away.
I am not criticizing anybody. I just recommend going safe as the website doesn’t have a correct measurement to allocate professionals.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked a photographer last April for my husband's 40th surprise party at Sunborn London and we had a truly 5 star experience with Perfocal. It was so great, we had another photo shoot at home, a couple of days later.
For my 40th last Saturday my husband threw a surprise party at Whittlebury Hall. And the photos have only just come in this morning after a delay and I'm almost in tears at how shockingly poor and unprofessional they are.
The photographer seemed nice and friendly on the day but her photos are just so poor, I'm sorry.
The angle of the shots and our positioning against the background in our hotel room are just off. I had friends I hadn't seen in over 10 years at the party and there aren't a lot of good photos of me with them.
So many back shots, no prompts to ortake pictures after hugs, no cues to make the best use of time and take group photos unlike the lady we had last year. By the time we were done with dinner and we wanted to take pictures, she was gone and we had to use my phone and even those pictures are better than what I've seen this morning.
I'm not after any compensation but I need to let you guys know how truly pained and hurt I am that I don't have much memories captured of what was a very special day. I've been looking forward to the photos all week and I'm really very sad.
I don't have anything against the photographer, as I said she seemed very friendly and nice but these photos are just a complete let down for me.
You normally offer a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you guys normally but I think you need to hear how I feel to put things right internally. Something seriously went wrong this time and you guys need to look into it and do better next time!
