Google Bad Review 1: Do not use this company. I wish I’d read the review first.
I requested an end of tenancy clean for a one bed flat.
On the day I was left waiting 2 hours at the address because the staff members car wouldn’t start. No one had bothered to call me and let me know, I had to go chasing them.
When the staff arrived they were pleasant but rushed the job as they were running late.
The job was poor, I could have saved a lot of money and gained better results if I’d done it myself.
The thing that really sent me over the edge was that I was charged extra for blinds and they didn’t even clean them!
Refund of additional blind cleaning was refused and re clean offered. They couldn’t re clean as the keys were with the estate agent.
Hugely unprofessional, avoid at all costs

Google Bad Review (2): Horrible service. I hired them after installing a new kitchen to do a deep clean. They didn’t mop the floors, wipe the cupboard shelves, remove the plastic from the kitchen cupboards or move furniture when steaming the carpet. I had to spend three hours cleaning before
I could put anything away. Worst service ever.
