Google Bad Review (2): I was at this firm today for an appointment. My partner, me and our 16 month old daughter waited for 30 minutes. A client who had arrived after us was called in to see the solicitor before us. When Ms Perera called for us she asked whether we had brought £50 consultation. We replied that we had not been told about the fee when we booked the appointment with us over the telephone. She shouted at us the whole time, spoke over us, wouldn’t even let us come to a compromise as we we were willing to pay the fee and then she just said “i’m Not seeing you’. And she called in the next people.
Ms Perera, every human should be treated with dignity and respect. Your behaviour today is disgraceful. You should be really ashamed of yourself.
