Google Bad Review (2): I was diagnosed with RSI on my right hand by my GP in November. I was referred by my GP to this service last year. I had a call on the 18th of January that was good and they gave me an appointment for the 26th of January. On my appointment, the physioterapist asked me questions and did an evaluation. When he finished he said I had carpal tunnel syndrome and he would give me something for my wrist. I told him I have RSI, not carpal tunnel syndrome and I need more than wrist support. He said that I told him and the other person on the phone that I had pins and needles, which could only mean I have carpal tunnel syndrome because you can't have pins and needles if you have RSI (which of course you can). I told him I have more pain than pins and needles and I googled what pins and needles meant as I'm not a native speaker. He then said he couldn't do anything because the time was up and next appointment was available with another person three weeks later. He asked if I needed a interpreter for my next appointment. In other cases I would think offering an interpreter is important and a good idea, but I felt as if he was blaming me for his bad diagnosis. I left without treatment, exercises or any kind of solution and with an appointment in three weeks . I got a call today saying I won't have my appointment tomorrow as scheduled and they gave me an appointment in one month time. Meanwhile I'm still in bad pain and unable to get treatment.
