Google Bad Review 1: Avoid. They took advantage of my partner who is an elderly lady with a limited knowledge of computers. They replace a hard drive on her computer because it was running slowly. The replace the original 1 terabyte drive with a 500 gigabyte drive without consultation and they did not partition it as per the original drive(C: and D:). On collection ITunes would not work. They then repartitioned the drive and ITunes still would not work. The computer then stopped working. After this work a further charge was made and ITunes was still not working. They also lost over 3,000 Apple Lossless files and lost the original drive which had been working perfectly. They are unable to sort out the computer and will not give her a refung of £175.00. It is my intention to pursue this matter through the Small Claims Court on befalf of my partner.
