Google Bad Review 1: Terrible experience one should clearly mention if the repair could be done or not, without sending an incomplete insensible sentence.
Also, charging 80 quids for preliminary level installation and taking 1 day time is not quite acceptable.

Google Bad Review (2): Bought a laptop from here and then noticed a fault when I'd got it home and booted up. I asked for a refund in accordance with my consumer rights, but was refused one despite taking the laptop in and pointing out the fault. I was told my complaint was ‘stupid'. I even had to quote the Sale of Goods Act to the proprietor, but he was extremely insulting and obnoxious. I'd asked questions before and took the man at his word, but was lied to and not even offered a repair. The whole experience was stressful, especially as I'd outlaid a lot of cash to purchase the item. My advice would be to look elsewhere as I did not find this business to be trustworthy.
