Google Bad Review 1: unfortunately I shall not be using Paul Lucas to do my bathroom.
He came to give me a Quotation on a Ensuite bathroom He stayed no longer than 4 minutes Didn't measure the room randomly pulled a number out of his head for a quote
When I told him we would supply the stuff for the bathroom I was quickly put in my place and told he will not be doing it unless he uses his supplier which is understandable but there was no need to be so abrupt and rude at the end of our brief meeting he handed me his catalogue and walked away customer service definitely needs to be worked on But there's always a silver lining the lady I spoke to on the phone had an absolutely outstanding capability of talking to customers and making them feel very ease she was very polite and very helpful.
