Google Bad Review 1: Paul Davis Restoration is not a company you want to do business with. They provided us with equipment after the flood. I was very grateful to have it so quickly…but their technicians were non-existent through the process. I had to drag all 5 fans and the 100 lb. Dehumidifier downstairs myself. After a day the dehumidifier started leaking all over my basement. On the third day the “boss” shows up and starts talking about set up fees and how we were doing everything wrong…even tho we were following the advise of the first guy! When I explained that we did all of the work ourselves he was visibly annoyed with his tech and told me we would be getting an adjustment to our bill. I call yesterday to check on this bill that I haven't received to make sure I'm setting aside enough money and I'm told that they are NOT billing me because they didn't do their jobs correctly and that they were sorry for all of the issues. I was so surprised…and very happy!! How nice of them to help me out like that!!! Not even 24 hours later I'm getting a phone call and they are now telling me ooops… that was a mistake. I am in fact getting billed…but not for any of the work that they were supposed to do but didn't do. So it goes from getting a great deal to no deal at all….how do you tell a homeowner one day how sorry you are for not doing your job and that they are not being billed to No…you are getting billed with no discount! And he started the conversation with trying to get me to tell him who my insurance company is so he could just bill them and hide the invoice from me. Nope! Not falling for that. You won't be interfering with my claim that is 75% complete and slowing that down. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! What a joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAUL DAVIS!!!
