Google Bad Review 1: Definitely don’t use them. Awful service to hosts and to people who want to stay in your flat. They had a 60% response rate for my listing! They strung someone on for 3 weeks trying to get a long term booking, eventually failing and meaning both they suffered and the flat was left unoccupied the whole time. Hard to get hold of, leave the flat a mess and dishonest in their pricing. Try Airsorted instead (or manage yourself with the new airbnb features)

Google Bad Review (2): We booked an apartment in Clapham Junction for a long weekend in London. The keys were not left where they should have been when we arrived so we had organize accommodation for the night ourselves. No assistance given.
We did get access to the apartment the next day. However it looked like there was somebody else staying there so we contacted pass The Keys to inform them. they assured us that there was no problem. As we had an event to go that morning we accepted this and went about our day. That night we received a call from pass the keys to inform us that there was someone else in the apartment and we would have to come back, pick up our belongings and find somewhere else to stay. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from Pass The Keys. I would recommend everyone stay well away form this company.

Your comment below does absolutely nothing to to make me believe anything has changed. A better response would be to compensate us for our trip which was ruined rather than pointless comments to try and avoid loss of business from people reading these reviews.
