Google Bad Review 1: Firstly staff are lovely, but disappointing that you buy a child custom to be told you cannot refund or exchange. Now firstly sizes are always different when you buy clothes so it is sometimes a guess secondly as a working mum you dont have the luxury of coming to buy a custom with your child as they have school or your working after school and weekends so at the very least if i make a mistake or the sizing is different from what i expected the option should be there for me to exchange. But that is not the case here so for that reason i will not sadly shop here again.
