Google Bad Review 1: Despite the new legislation, brought in in early 2021, requiring landlords to provide a valid reason to not accept pets, Parris Residential and at least 1 landlord on their books continue to flaunt this legislation over a year after it became illegal to do so, once again no rights for renters, only the landlords

in response to your loooooong awaited reply (guess you had to look it up first). I was given no valid reason what so ever and I was even told by one of your employees that no valid reason was required, ergo flaunting legislation, maybe your staff need some extra training 😉

Google Bad Review (2): I’ve spoken to three different staff members at Parris residential, all three people was unhelpful, rude and very dismissive, one of the lady’s even put the phone down on me when I enquired about a current rental law, So unprofessional and unfortunately after reading a few comments from other people who rung Parris residential it seems I am not the only one who’s had this treatment.
Regardless of what the company can or can’t control in regards to policy’s they can certainly control how their staff treat people (who wasn’t abusive or rude to) as stated above unfortunately I am not the only one who has received this treatment.
