Google Bad Review: Absolutely nightmare of a hotel stay. The bellboy/concierge ruined my happy feel to the New Years stay with my girlfriend at the hotel by treating me like a dirtbag. Not attempting to help me out re the car park and just waving me off, calling me a lier and shouting at me to mock me across the reception when I requested to deal with the manager. He continued patronising me, worst of worst customer service and it was just fine hill from there. The manager trying helping us out to ease the situation but failed as they charged us for a free parking space and then went along to double charge us. The room had simple items missing that you would expect to receive for the price you pay such as toothbrush. The food was cold and tasted like left over school food. Just absolutely poor, with the super moody faced bellboy at the front of the house they will receive many many more bad reviews.
