Google Bad Review 1: Really rude staff! Every time I have visited they seem really off and make you feel they are doing you a favour by showing you the products. I don’t understand their attitude as they’re never rushed off their feet, it is always empty when I go in! Management please sort this out ASAP, give your staff basic training that as soon as a customer approaches them and says hello they should at least say hello back! I spend a lot of money each time I visit I don’t appreciate being ignored when I walk into the store. I’m not spending a penny in this store again until they get their attitudes sorted.

Google Bad Review (2): Sales woman (may have been the manager) rude and clearly judgemental of customers, attitude clearly rubbing off on staff!!
Absolutely no interest in aiding sale, I requested I look closer at a number if items I'd planned to purchase for a birthday present which just seemed to much effort, she rushed me out the store! Completely unfriendly and defo in need of some customer service training. Made me feel I was judged and wasn't worth assisting and I was wasting her time, I left the store frustrated and upset. I strongly suggest senior management take a look at the lack of customer service being provided in the store. Even to crack a smile seemed like to much effort for this particular woman. NEVER will I return to this store.
The next day I'd made my purchase at the Romford store where the staff were kind and attentive and much more deserving of receiving my money.
