Google Bad Review 1: Very poor system. So many bugs that physically stop you filling out your accounts and vat returns. They take weeks to fix these bugs while still charging you. When they finally do fix a bug another one occurs. It is impossible to use this system. I am moving away to a new system which is more money but it will be worth it for a system that actually works. Also customer service is by chat only and it takes ages to get anything resolved I have literally been having to talk to them on a daily basis and dont have the time for this.
