Google Bad Review 1: Poor Communication. No confirmation by e-mail no tracking number. Tried to call on working business day during working hours -shop closed no answer. Won't be using them again.

Google Bad Review (2): Friendly people when I got to speak to them once but I've not had much luck with using their services there after. Go there at 4pm on a Monday and the shop's closed (they are supposed to be open). No notices on the door, or the web page, etc.
They had a fire upstairs but shop had re-opened since and I'd visited after so they are supposed to have been open. No idea why they weren't open.
Ring them, no answer. Leave a message, no call back. Emailed at one point via their website but no response (this was an earlier occasion a few weeks before). Drove 7 miles to the next nearest Pack and Send shop and they were great.
Down-rated due to lack of communication and information. Probably won't bother with them in future due to the time wasted.
