Google Good Review: Good hotel. 30 min walk, 10 min Uber from O2 arena. Not too bad a price for the location. Nice staff, rooms comfy with comfy beds. Tesco opposite with cafes close by.

Google Bad Review: Radiator thermostat fell off, room over hot, nearly burnt myself on shower radiator, needed to sleep with window open. Road very noisy. Heavy music from next door till 6am, fire alarm went off twice, bed OK, tea and coffee available all, in all not a good experience, no disabled access!!
