Google Bad Review 1: It's a shame that the former and new owners didn't come to an agreement on, or make provision for, honouring latent manufacturing defects when the Gray's decided to sell up and retire.
Felt very warm as a customer of Anthony Gray when I bought the engagement ring……but feel much less so now, and “Ovadia” were less than accommodating. Pity.

Google Bad Review (2): I found one saleswoman partilarly haughty and unhelpful – had a pretty clear idea of what I was looking for but was met with unnecessary questions about the spec and general unhelpfulness. It seemed they were over-compensating for lack of inventory. Won't be returning.
