Google Bad Review 1: This company have left me with severe burns all over my body and do not have any intentions of paying me back the hundreds of pounds they owe me even though they admitted negligence. I am now taking them to court and have lots of pictures and voice recordings of the damage they have done to me. For anyone thinking of laser hair removal, please go to a reputable company and DO NOT make the same mistake that I did. They ought to be shut down! I wouldn't typically share photographs but I will do everything in my power to stop this from happening to anyone else.
10 months on..
It has taken over 10 months to finally issue a warrant against this company as they have ignored all of the court letters and were now facing bailiff action. Yesterday, I received a call from the owner who was claiming to be the “new business owner” asking me to kindly remove my review for a £50 return. It is very sad to me that these companies think they can get away with such malpractice. I suppose they have got away with this in the past but please don't let that be you.

Since posting this review on the clinic and declining their offer of £50, OSM Cosmetic have made loads of fake accounts saying how good the service is (funny that they are being posted every other hour). Please refer to Gursharan Khaira's comment.. they are promoting the company which is absolutely embarrassing! OSM Cosmetic Clinic are none other than scam artists who cheat people out of their money!

Google Bad Review (2): I am not the type to review usually but here I have been really disappointed, they would do and say whatever you want to hear to get the money out of your pocket. I have attended the osm clinic in romford 4 weeks ago and had a fat freeze treatment of two hours costing £310. I initially was told that I could bring my daughter as I dont have anywhere else to drop her. They insisted to come along with the baby.
However the session didnt go as good as I planned, i understand that my baby was not very happy. So I was told again and again not to bring her in the following treatment. i was constantly made feel like it was my fault, I already felt bad enough.
On the same day of my first treatment the beautician charged me another £298, for the following treatment of cavitation.
I decided to not go through the further treatment because of my child. Had explained the manager to refund the money for the session I didnt had. Which she agreed after a while. Now it has been 10days the money hasn't been refund also they're not returning my calls, I feel very unsatisfied and frustrated.
The initial treatment was worthless as it didnt show any result because it needed the follow up treatment in order to be effective. The guidance in the initial appointment was that I could bring my child otherwise I wouldn't have the treatment, I had been reassured by the beautician that it would be no problem. I have spend around £600. Which £298 are supposed to be refunded a week ago.
I believe I have been misguided every step of the way.
