I had terrible experience with orderWork i bought tv from currys and Paid £299 for only installation on wall. I received text my appointment was for 31/08/21 between 8am to 1pm nobody turns up till 12pm I called them they say oh engineer running late he ll be with you 3pm I waited 3:30pm call them again they said oh he ll be with you 4pm nobody turn up this company ORDERWORK is full of liars I don’t know why Currys using this company my tv was sitting in living room for few days and at the end i had to get installed from local people and i had to go to currys to get refund of installation very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone ❌❌❌

Google Bad Review (2): Hi, noticed my husband left a review to which a reply has been provided which left out a lot of key information.
We spent a week trying to get clarification whether our appointment scheduled for the Saturday had been moved. My husband's uncle had passed away and we had wanted to meet up with his mother and family. We gave a week's notice and even the day before we had to call and chase whether the engineer was coming and were yet again told that they were having issues with communicating with the engineer to get this arranged. We never actually received confirmation.
My husband then took time off work on the Monday as we were advised that it would be rescheduled for then. He called up on the day and they confirmed the engineer was coming and it was never reported that they did not have availability. He waited in until gone 7.30pm when I came home from work. The office had closed and we assumed no one was coming but yet again no confirmation
I called today to reschedule was informed we have to use the same engineer who they have failed to get a response from and was a no show in the first place because that's the only one available. Unfortunately can't go to another company as we bought product via Samsung, if we could we would as communication has been shocking and we have had a difficult few weeks without the unnecessary stress of the installation. It appears if you live in the south, you have to use this one engineer through them who is not reliable and the communication has been poor with the company.
We appreciate that it might be a difficult and busy time but when we have to make the effort to call and do not have the curtsey of even knowing that there's a possibility we won't be met, it's very disappointing to see a response such as given to my husband's review that seems to suggest things are much better than they were.
I hope the installation goes forth on Saturday as promised and will be prepared to amend my review if the service improves. At this time, I would not recommend this company to anyone living in South West simply due to no communication.
