Google Bad Review 1: I've really enjoyed the class, instructors and staff, but really disappointed with how OrangeTheory handled my membership over the pandemic. I'm afraid I'll sound to rant-y if I explain the whole thing but basically they charged me my regular membership for digital content during lockdown without my consent and without communicating that that's how they were handling it. In fact members got emails saying their memberships were frozen. When I inquired about this it took months to get an answer out of them and in the end I'm not getting refunded for what I'm owed. Again, the class and staff are great but their corporate side is super shady, bad at communicating and will ruthlessly take your money.
