Google Bad Review (2): Had extremely bad experience with the management team. My mum 77years old is fully blind, diabetic insulin and dementia person.
I was with them for 3 months. On 4 occasions carer didn't turn up for breakfast calls. When nurse came to give her insulin her blood sugar was very low and she could not have insulin. When I called the carer she said she wasn't allocated by office for morning call. When I call office they seems not much bothered to look. Other 3 occasions when I came home to get her lunch ready and was surprised to see breakfast still lying there. That means carer didn't come again and again carer wasn't allocated in the morning call….
Open Heart Care was unreliable. I never had peach of mind, it was nightmare experience with the management.
