Google Bad Review 1: We hired them in August 2021 to move some stuff to our new home and some stuff to a storage unit in London until our refurbishment was complete. Despite the usual last minute drama of people not turning up on time, his miscalculation of the amount of stuff that needed transporting and repacking our clearly labelled boxes into their boxes (apparently that wasn’t how the packing had to be done, we have moved houses many a times and this was unusual and charged us extra £800, beyond the agreed payment), we went ahead as we were bound by time pressure to vacate our old home and hand over keys. They stored our stuff in Reading without making us aware, (It was the middle of my son’s secondary school exam preparation and despite my clear labelling, put those boxes in Reading storage, we had to make a trip from London to fetch those books from storage after few weeks of back and forth communication causing undue stress for us).

We contacted them to arrange the delivery of our storage stuff in Jan 2022, and delivery was done and found some of our boxes missing and a couple of boxes that belonged to someone else were left with us.
The owner asked us to make a list of things that we are missing and that he will get them from the other storage where he had left some part of our stuff. It had been only been 6 months and we are still waiting for a concrete response or delivery. We couldn’t live amidst boxes anymore so had to invest in new wardrobes as our old ones are still stuck in the storage along with other stuff.

We happened to know that the company has gone into liquidation from the owner himself and that he is in abroad and is planning to come back to sort out our stuff.
Meanwhile we have put a stay to the company’s dissolution and trying to contact the registered address (recorded delivery letters are bouncing back) as per advice from citizens advice bureau & companies house. They also advised us to contact a few legal helplines and we have gone round and round in circles, different advice and not leading anywhere.
The owner is now not responding to phone calls or messages.
I don’t think there is any point in leaving this review as the company no longer is active but only to reach out to people who have been stuck in the same situation as us with this company. How far have you gotten along with your legal proceedings? Is it worth the time, effort and money? @ Allan Paltzer.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible – they have stolen some of our items and are not responding to any requests to get them back. It is April 2022 – we hired them in August 2021 to move things from our flat in London to a storage unit in Bristol. Some of the things made it, but items were not packed up or stored carefully. Lampshades crushed, picture frames broken etc.

Most importantly, about £1500 worth of our stuff was – and still is – missing. They are not returning our calls or emails (see attached screengrabs) and now the one number we had for them is registering as unavailable. We issued legal correspondence giving them notice of our intention to sue, but it was returned to sender as evidently they don't operate out of their registered address.

Avoid at all costs.
