Google Bad Review 1: Most of the same as the below reviews. Waited two and a half weeks for one response, for then to be ignored for a further week and a half. Got my money back in the end after chasing Paypal. Still no response or apology even now, and the first excuse was my emails were going into their spam folder, even when I had a reply before that! Usually not one to complain during these unprecedented times, but the amount of stress this loaded on me was unbelievable considering my partner and I saved up money for that trip and now we wasted all of Christmas because no one would just phone me to discuss the whole thing. Was so disappointed with the service.

Google Bad Review (2): Had a voucher from The Activity Superstore for a hotel stay and show. They service some experiences through OMG Hotels Ltd. The booking was all done by email but was OK. The emails said that Hotel and Theatre vouchers would be sent out near to the time. Three days before, having not received anything I emailed, there is no way of phoning and speaking to anyone, every option on their phone leads to a recorded message. I also left messages on their Facebook page and on Google. All had automated replies saying they would respond in 2-5 days. It is now 4 weeks and I still have no response. We did manage to locate the hotel ourselves and phone them the morning we were leaving and they confirmed that there was actually a booking and to bring some ID with us. We had booked 2 night there. The following day when we could ohave been out enjoying ourselves we were visiting the theatre to find out about tickets. The theatre confirmed that etickets had been emailed to OMG Hotels Ltd. These however were never forwarded to us. The theatre kindly printed off the email they had sent to OMG for us and we were able to attend the show.
I would never want to use OMG Hotels Ltd again, their follow-up service is second to everyone.
We were lucky and had the experience, albeit with a very stressful few days beforehand.
