Hi. My name is David and I live in Hendon.
A couple of months ago I employed this company to clean my flat and have as a result lost hundreds of pounds worth of belongings.
For a start, the cleaners couldn't speak a word of English so I was forced to communicate with them via Google Translate and this is probably why they completely missed all my instructions – to not throw anything valuable away.
As a result, a lot of my belongings were missing after the clean, including a Skagen watch and roughly 20 cased PS4 games along with other belongings (e.g. some blank CD's, a PS4 controller, a padlock etc etc).
I was thus forced to go through the bins, where I found, amongst other things, my retainers and cerezan devices together costing 600 pounds, but no cased games, (only one game CD which didn't have a box) and no watch, which makes me think they were stolen.
I have thought long and hard about calling the police but in my view it wasn't worth the hassle for some games and a watch.
They also didn't clean a room saying “the door was locked” when there's not even a lock on the door.
I did attempt to contact them numerous times and, surprise surprise, they denied everything.
All in all, a bunch of crooks. DO NOT use these cleaners. Plenty of other honest people out there. Please do get in touch if this has happened to you too.
I am sure the 5 star reviews on this must have been self made.
